-In a large bowl add 1 1/2 cup of room temperature water, the eggs, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and stir gently. 2- In a other bowl combine the all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon grated cheese. 3- Pour the flour into yeast mixture.
- Stir for 10 minutes using a wooden spoon, stretching the dough with the spoon side to side until the dough is smooth. The reason we don’t need to knead this dough on hard surface is because the dough as this would sticky. These dough doesn’t need to be kneaded to much to get smooth. You'll see how easy this dough is to work with it.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts, pour in two greased and floured loaf pans ( 26 x 10 cm and 6 cm in height). Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese in one of the breads and oregano. And on another bread, sprinkle fresh or dry rosemary, a pinch of coarse salt and a few drops of olive oil.
- With the oven off, place in the bottom of the oven a pan with hot water. Next put the loaves to doubles in volume about 1 hour.
- After the loaves had doubled in volume remove them out of the oven and preheat the oven temperature at 356° Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the pot with hot water in the bottom of the oven while baking the breads. The steam will create that crust that we all love.
- Bake the breads loaves for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Insert a toothpick to make sure they’re baked.
- Remove the breads loaves and place them on a cooling rack flipping them over and let them cool off on side and then turn them over again until they’re completely without moist.
- Enjoy with your cup of coffee and your favorite butter .😋
