  1. In a large bowl add 1 1/2 cup of room temperature water, the eggs, oil, sugar, salt, yeast and stir gently.
  2. In a other bowl combine the all-purpose flour and 1 tablespoon grated cheese.
  3. Pour the flour in the yeast mixture.
  4. Stir for 10 minutes using a wooden spoon, making movements with the spoon back and forth, stretching the dough with the spoon until the dough is smooth.  Make the same movement you would do with the dough on hard surface.   The reason we don’t knead it on hard surface is because the dough would sticky on it, since we can’t floured the countertop .  These dough doesn’t need to much flour and kneading.

  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts, pour in two greased and floured loaf pans 26 x 10 cm and 6 cm in height).  Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese in one of the breads and dried oregano. And on another sprinkle fresh or dried rosemary, a pinch of coarse salt and a few drops of olive oil.

  6. With the oven off, place in the bottom of the oven a pan with hot water.  Next put the loaves to doubles in volume about 1 hour.

  7.  After the loaves had doubled in volume remove them out of the oven and preheat the oven temperature at 356  Degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the pot with hot water in the bottom of the oven while baking the breads. The steam will create that crust that we all love.
  8. Bake the breads loaves for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Insert a toothpick to make sure they’re baked.
  10. Remove the loaves and place them on a cooling rack flipping them over and let them cool off before you cut.
  11. Enjoy with your cup of coffee and your favorite butter .😋
