In a small bowl mix all together minced garlic, salt, coriander, ginger, sage, black pepper, cayenne, spice mostard and BBQ sauce and make a paste. Put in a large bowl the boneless pork chops and marinate for 5 minutes.
Put flour on a plate to coat lightly the boneless pork chops, taking off the excess flour.
In a large skillet melt one tablespoon butter with one tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Pan-seared the boneless pork chops on both side until lightly golden-brown for 2 minutes per side.
Remove the boneless pork chops from skillet.
Sauté the onions and apples until the onions are caramelized and the apples have begun to soften about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Now add the the apple cider or lemon juice and let it thicken 5 minutes. Add water if it needed. Bring back in the skillet the boneless pork, the apples and onions. Cook until the pork cooked through about 5 minutes.
garnish with parsley or your favorite herb. Serve with rice, mashed potato or pasta.
