Refogue as ma\u00e7\u00e3s e as cebolas at\u00e9 a cebola ficar levemente caramelizada e as ma\u00e7\u00e3s come\u00e7arem a amolecer cerca de 3 minutos. Agora adicione o suco de ma\u00e7\u00e3 sem a\u00e7\u00facar e deixe engrossar por 5 minutos. Adicione \u00e1gua se necess\u00e1rio. Leve os bifes de volta \u00e0 frigideira e cozinhe at\u00e9 que a carne esteja cozida por cerca de 5 minutos.
