\u00f3leo especial, o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/s?k=red+palm+oil+from+brazil&amp;ref=nb_sb_noss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dend\u00ea (\u00f3leo de palma vermelho)<\/a><\/strong>, foi trazido por africanos para o Brasil. Al\u00e9m do \u00f3leo, eles tamb\u00e9m usam leite de c\u00f4co. No Esp\u00edrito Santo <strong>urucum <\/strong>d\u00e1 \u00e0 moqueca uma cor um pouco mais clara e tamb\u00e9m sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos os ingredientes trazem um sabor muito distinto e espec\u00edfico a cada moqueca.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os dois estados cozinham Moqueca em panelas de barro e os frutos do mar s\u00e3o montados em camadas. A diferen\u00e7a entre os estados s\u00e3o os principais ingredientes que ambos usam em suas Moquecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\u00e9 hoje ainda existe uma rivalidade amig\u00e1vel entre os Estados sobre qual moqueca tem o melhor sabor. A verdade \u00e9 que ambas s\u00e3o fant\u00e1sticas e representam nossa cultura gastron\u00f4mica.
